Acroyoga for beginners and intermediate. This weekly course is aimed both at those who have never practiced acroyoga and those who have already practised some acroyoga before. In any case, the idea with these classes is that everyone will have fun and everyone will be challenged. We will be playing with partner exercises and fun acrobatic poses, and we will be giving and receiving thai yoga massage and flying therapeutics. We will learn to find balance with and build trust in each others. Play, teamwork and community are always in focus. ‘Do I need to bring a partner?’ No. Most people show up alone.
Mondays 5.30 – 7.00 pm. The course begins 7 September.
We need to take care of each other. In acroyoga, we are in close physical contact, and so we have a lot of responsibility. We should expect that classes are not going to be like usual. Judging from the situation right now, we will be taking these precautions together:
Things might change before classes begin. If Denmark continues reopening, we might adjust some of the above-mentioned restrictions. However, if the corona virus resurges, we might have more strict rules.

Full season is 14 classes: 7 Sept. – 14 Dec. 2020
If you cancel before 1 August 2020, you will get a 100% refund.
If you cancel between 1 August and 7 September 2020, you will get a 50% refund.
If you cancel after 7 September 2020, there is no refund possible.
