An outdoors acroyoga course for beginners in Copenhagen. Six Tuesdays in May and June 2021.
These beginners acroyoga classes will teach you the foundational elements of acroyoga. Everyone can join. You don’t need any special strength or flexibility. The idea is that everyone will have fun and be challenged. We’re going to play with a lot of different partner exercises and fun acrobatic poses. We will learn to find balance with and build trust in each other. Play, teamwork and community are always in focus.
Most people sign up alone but you are of course welcome to sign up with someone. We’ll be working a lot in groups of three.

“I’ve attended acroyoga classes with Simon for almost a year by now. I’ve become more self-confident and learned to trust others more. Also, I’ve become physically stronger, and I’ve been given the opportunity to explore my own body anew. Most important of all, I’ve had an enormous amount of fun. I’ve become more present, I’ve learned to be playful again, and I’ve met lots of nice class mates who are also enthusiastic about movement. All of this has only been possible because of Simon’s present, caring, and inspiring personality.”
