An outdoors intermediate acroyoga course in Copenhagen. Six Wednesdays in May and June 2021.
You’ve practiced acroyoga before. You know it’s fun. You’d like to learn more.
I’m excited to be teaching you. During corona you have probably not been practicing acroyoga so much. Don’t worry. We will be building up slowly in this course. The idea is to create a safe and playful space where everyone will be challenged.
Maybe you have previously taken a beginners course for a few months. Maybe you have been practicing acroyoga for years. It’s not so important. You both fly, base and spot foundational elements like star, straddle bat and shoulder stand. Perhaps you’ve even been playing a little bit with flows like the baby ninja star. WHEN & WHERE
Wednesdays 5.30 – 7.00 in Hans Tavsens Park, Nørrebro. The course begins Wednesday 19 May and contines for six weeks.
Since we might end up having to cancel a class or two in case it rains, the price has been set low.
Early bird before 18 April: 395 kr. (student) / 495 kr. (regular)
